How long do I have to redeem my Crowns?

You have five years to redeem the Coutts Crowns you earn. Crowns are accrued during the Crown year, a 12-month period which starts on 1 October. At the end of the Crown year, your Crown balance is carried over to the next year. You have five years to redeem any Crowns you’ve accrued in the previous Crown year.
