- According to MSCI, average commercial property values remained flat in February, and the 3-month trend rate continued to slow, to just 0.2%.
- Preliminary data from Real Capital Analytics suggest that the slow start to 2026 continues, with just £1.4bn completing in February (a low total even allowing for just 20 working days).
