Can I transfer my Crowns to another Thank You From Coutts member?

Yes, you can transfer your Crowns to another Thank You From Coutts member, as follows:

1. Log in to our digital services and go to Thank You From Coutts
2. Select 'Crowns Transfer'
3. Enter the recipient's Thank You From Coutts membership number* and the number of Crowns to be transferred
4. 'Accept terms' and 'Proceed'. 

The Crowns will transfer immediately.
