How do I suspend an alert?

To suspend an alert

  • Select Services
  • Select Alerts
  • Select the alert you wish to suspend
  • Select Suspend (When viewed on a mobile device, ‘More options’ will need to be selected first)
  • Select Confirm or Cancel to return to the previous screen
