HOW TO EARN CROWNS ON YOUR COUTTS CARD SPEND
To start earning Crowns on your card spend, you need to hold a Coutts Silk Charge Card or a Coutts Silk Credit Card. These cards come with many other benefits, including zero overseas transaction charges. You can apply for a Silk Card quickly and easily by logging in to the Coutts app and selecting ‘More’ then ‘Apply for new products’. Alternatively, please speak to your private banker or call us on 020 7309 0045.

COUTTS TRAVEL PROTECTION PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. Prize draw open to THANK YOU FROM COUTTS members who are UK resident and covered by a valid Coutts Travel Protection policy on 3/6/24. All Coutts private clients aged 18 and over are automatically enrolled in our THANK YOU FROM COUTTS reward programme. Draw not open to Coutts staff account holders (including those held by previous members of staff who have now left the Bank) their families or anyone associated with this draw.
b. One entry per person. To enter the prize draw, you will need to be covered by a valid Coutts Travel Protection policy and redeem the ‘Crown-free’ reward which will be available via THANK YOU FROM COUTTS until 23:59 on 31/05/2024. ‘Crown-free’ rewards can be redeemed via our digital services or by calling Coutts 24. If you’re covered by a CTP policy but don’t live at the same address as the policyholder, please also email thankyou@coutts.com so we can verify your entry.
c. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. Proof of email will not be accepted as proof of entry.
d. Winner will be drawn at random week commencing 3 June 2024 and will be awarded the following prize:
- return Eurostar tickets for two people departing from London St Pancras on 2/8/24 and returning from Paris Gare du Nord on 3/8/24 (time of travel will depend on availability of tickets when prize is awarded). e. There is one prize available which is not transferable - it must be used by the winner and their guest – and there is no cash alternative. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
f. The winner will be informed by phone or email week commencing 3 June 2024, after which the surname of the winner will be available to Coutts clients, by calling Coutts 24. The winner will need to provide their passport number and the passport number of their guest within 14 days of the prize being awarded and will need to hold a valid Coutts Travel Protection policy for the trip. The prize will be forfeited and awarded to a runner up if these conditions are not met.
g. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available such information as is necessary to demonstrate that a valid award took place including, if appropriate, the surname of the winner.
h. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
i. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
