HOW DO I UPDATE THE COUTTS APP ON AN APPLE DEVICE?
Keeping your software up to date is one of the most important things you can do to maintain your Apple product's security.
We highly recommend always keeping iOS and all apps up to date and activating both automatic update features on your Apple device.
To turn on the automatic software update feature on the device by following this process (automatic software updates):
(1) Go to: Settings > General > Software Update. (2) Click on: Automatic Updates. (3) Turn on both Download iOS Updates and Install iOS Update.

(1) Open the App Store. (2) Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen. (3) Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app, or tap Update All (see latest Apple instructions from: How to update apps manually on your Apple device)
When we release critical changes to the Coutts App we will prompt any clients that they need to update the App (if the App hasn't automatically updated in the background). On screen one click "UPDATE THE APP", screen two click "UPDATE", screen three click "OPEN" :
