All personal clients of Coutts, aged 18 or over will be automatically opted in as Members of the THANK YOU FROM COUTTS reward programme
Members will earn Coutts Crowns through spend on their Silk Card and, as long as they hold a Silk Card they will also earn Crowns on their debit card qualifying spend. From time to time the Bank may also award Bonus Crowns linked to specific products or campaigns

Any qualifying spend on a Secondary Silk Card will earn Crowns for the Principal Silk cardholder. However, if a Secondary Silk cardholder holds a debit card in their own right then they as an individual will earn Crowns from the qualifying spend on their own debit card
