How do I request a decrease to my card limit?
To decrease a card limit
- Select Services
- Select Online Request
- Select New Request
- Select Decrease Card Limit
- Choose the card that you wish to decrease the limit on from the drop down box
- Enter the New Amount Limit you require
- Select Next
- Select Confirm
Your limit request will be confirmed to you in writing.
