Select User Details
Select Order Smartcard Reader
Select Confirm

How do I order a certificate of interest?

To order a duplicate or ad-hoc certificate of interest

Select Services
Select Online request.
Select New Request
Select Certificate of Interest
Select Account
Enter Date from and Date to
Select Delivery address from the list or enter an alternative
Select Next
Select Confirm

The certificate will be sent to you and there may be a charge for providing the copy certificate.

How do I request a decrease to my card limit?

To decrease a card limit

Select Services
Select Online Request
Select New Request
Select Decrease Card Limit
Choose the card that you wish to decrease the limit on from the drop down box
Enter the New Amount Limit you require
Select Next
Select Confirm

Your limit request will be confirmed to you in writing.

What is a certificate of interest?

This is an annual summary of interest credited or debited, which we send out at the end of the tax year. You can use it to help complete your tax return. We can also provide one in certain other circumstances, such as on the death of an account holder.
