Can other users see account sets that I have created?

No, account sets are only visible to the user that created them.

How do I amend an account set?

Select Accounts
Select Your Accounts
Select Account Sets.
Select the required set from the list
Select Amend Set (When viewed on a mobile device, ‘More options’ will need to be selected first)
Amend the accounts you want in the set, the set name or reporting currency
Select Save

The amended set is now available

How do I view a balance for my account sets?

Select Accounts
Select Account Sets, a list of the sets that you have access to are displayed together with the cumulative balances of the accounts in the set.
Select the set to view the balances of the underlying accounts.

How many accounts can I add to an account set?

You can add as many accounts to an Account Set as you wish but an account can only reside in one account set.

What is an account set?

An Account Set is a number of accounts, grouped together for reporting purposes. You might, for example, want to view the overall balance of your Euro accounts or all accounts in a certain sector of your business. By creating Account Sets, you can easily view the overall position of any group of accounts that fit your criteria.
