Go to your profile using the navigation at the bottom of the app
Select ‘Update email address’ and enter your email address

How do I change my password?

Go to your profile using the navigation at the bottom of the app
Select ‘Change password’ and enter your email address

How do I change or switch off my notifications?

Go to your profile using the navigation at the bottom of the app

Select the Settings icon

Select Push notifications settings

How do I close my 440 app account?

To close your 440 app account, please contact your banker or the Digital Helpdesk on 020 7770 0000 (8am-6pm). Your profile can be removed with or without any content you have posted within 3 working days.

How do I logout?

Go to your profile using the navigation at the bottom of the app
Select the settings icon in the top right corner
Select ‘Logout’

How do I register for the 440 app?

Membership to 440 is reserved exclusively for Coutts clients. To register, contact your banker or the Digital Helpdesk on 020 7770 0000 (8am-6pm). You will receive a welcome email with a link to create your login within 3 working days.
