If you've applied before 3pm Monday - Friday your Notice account will be opened the same day unless we need to contact you. If you've applied after this time, or during a weekend or bank holiday your Notice account will be opened the next working day.
Please note if we do need to contact you to discuss your request this may delay the opening of your Notice account. We can only contact you on contact details already held on our systems.
