We’ve introduced more than forty features and enhancements over the last year. Here are a few of our favourites
Manage your savings, your way
You can use the app to set up and fund your ISAs, Fixed Term Deposits and Private Notice accounts.
With flexible terms to fit your goals, you can use the app to deposit up to £25m in a Fixed Term Deposit in a range of currencies including sterling, euro and US dollar.
For Fixed Term Deposits of more than £25 million, please contact your Private Banker who can help you arrange any term from one month up to five years. Eligibility criteria apply.
Add money with ease
It’s now even easier to move money in to your account from other banks using the innovative Add Money feature.
You can also share your account details from the app through messaging (including WhatsApp) and email.
Available to all clients with an active account.
View your PIN and card details
Access your credit and debit card PINs, together with your digital cards, all within the app. Helpful for when you’re travelling and have forgotten your PIN or left your wallet at home and need your card number.
Your digital card includes your card number and the three-digit CVV number on the back – all protected by biometric login for your security.
Our copy and paste function allows you to complete transactions smoothly when shopping online.
Currently available for clients on iOS (Apple) devices only. During 2026 these features will be added for Android users.
Customise, hide or show balances
Hide and show balances to maintain the highest levels of discretion with privacy mode. By concealing your account balances, you can transact securely and confidently, wherever you are.
For those clients on iOS (Apple) devices, we’ve also introduced customised balance views so you can see the accounts that matters most to you, at a glance.
We plan to extend it to Android in the future along with more ways to view and manage your finances in a way that suits you.
