Specialist services and

Expert solutions

Managing finances can be complex for those clients who are resident – or due to become resident in the UK – but are not domiciled here. For example, you may need an account to be opened prior to your arrival in the UK, changes to your tax affairs and amendments to your investments that reflect your new residence status. Coutts International helps manage every aspect of change surrounding a new residential status: from establishing accounts, arranging a mortgage for UK property, the provision of onshore and offshore banking and investment services and reshaping investment objectives in line with different currency earnings and tax regimes.

If you are not resident in the UK but have financial interests in the country, finding the time and expertise to manage your portfolio can be challenging. The International team is primed to take care of your finances, with services including banking facilities for UK affairs, mortgages for UK property, international investments and high-touch portfolio management that considers your wider wealth, tax and legal circumstances.
