What happens if I don't claim a gift before my Crowns expire?
THANK YOU FROM COUTTS is a 12 month programme running from 1 October to 30 September each year. From 1 October 2022, THANK YOU FROM COUTTS members will have five years to exchange the Coutts Crowns they earn on our reward programme before they expire. There is no ability to extend an expiry date.
