When I make a payment to another Coutts account, how should I enter the account number?

Please enter the account number with a preceding zero. If you have a cheque book the account number will include an additional number at the end. This number should be ignored and a zero should be added at the beginning.

For example, if the account number on the cheque book is 12345671, this should be entered on Coutts Online as 01234567.
