If you have submitted your funding request before 3pm Monday to Friday we will endeavor to process the request on the same day unless we need to contact you. If your funding request is received after this time, or during a weekend or bank holiday your Fixed Rate Cash ISA funding will be completed on the next working day. Please allow up to 30 days for an external transfer-in-request to be completed as the funds will need to be requested from a 3rd party.

If we do need to contact you to discuss your funding request this may delay the funding of your Fixed Rate Cash ISA. We can only contact you on your contact details already held on our system.
