The first step is to export your file from your accounting software and save the file to your PC/Mac. If the file is in the Coutts Online format you can then upload it by logging into Coutts Online and follow these simple steps.
- Select the Payments and Transfers
- Select Upload Payments and Transfers
- Click Upload
- Click on Choose file
- Locate your .csv or .txt payment file and select Open
- Select Next
- Click Confirm to complete your upload.
