I may have misplaced my card; can I place a temporary block on the card whilst I search for it?
Yes - you can now temporarily suspend your Debit and Silk Cards via Coutts Online or Coutts Mobile in three simple clicks. Once you have logged on:
- Select Services
- Select Cards Management
- Select Suspend
Your card will then appear “greyed out” as confirmation that it has been suspended.
If you find your card and would like to remove the temporary block, simply go back to Cards Management and select Re-activate. Your card will be available for you to use immediately.
