How do I generate a One Time Password with CouttsID?
To generate a one time password to be used when your mobile device has no data or WiFi connection
- Open the Coutts app (Touch ID, Face ID and Fingerprint users will need to cancel the biometric login to view the Coutts app settings screen)
- Select Create One Time Password button and the code will be displayed
- Enter the code in to the One Time Password field on screen
