How do I register a third party (e.g. accountant) to access my accounts online?

Are your accounts personal or non-personal?

  • Personal

    Does the third party require access to make payments or transfers from your accounts?

    • Yes

      The third party must be authorised to make transactions on your accounts before they are registered for the online service. Please contact your banker to arrange this, then complete the form below to set up online access.The forms can be completed online, printed and signed for return.

      If you receive an adobe error message when clicking on the link, please follow these steps:

      • Hover over the link, right click and select save link as
      • Browse and find a folder where you wish to save the form, select save
      • Navigate to the folder where the form was saved and double click to open and complete
