How do I order a replacement smartcard for a user?
- Select User Admin
- Select Users
- Select the user from the list
- Click on User Details
- Select Block Smartcard first to invalidate the old card.
- Select Confirm.
- Select Smartcard order
- Click on the drop down box and select the order type.
- Select Confirm.
The user will not be able to login until the new card and PIN is received which should be within 5 working days.
