The UK property dilemma - to invest or not invest

Our virtual event will take place on 23 November at 11am and last one hour. Please RSVP below to reserve your space and receive the joining instructions. A recording will be made available to clients who are not able to attend the live event.

When the UK residential property market began to re-open in the summer, after eight weeks in lockdown, we saw buyers and sellers’ race back. Afterall thousands of transactions were put on hold whilst the Coronavirus containment measures were in place, and with more time being spent at home people started to reflect on their future property requirements.

So, what have been the trends and what’s the outlook for the UK overall? With people working from home now more than ever, has buying behaviour changed? What’s the impact to people on the commuter belt? Is the popularity of the countryside increasing?
