Adam Online and Adam Mobile will close at 5pm on Friday 2 September 2022.
You will be able to access Coutts digital services from 9am on Monday 5 September 2022.
Before you lose access to Adam Online and Adam Mobile, you will need to:
- Before 5pm on 2 September 2022, please authorise any online payments you may have set up which have a date for them to be paid after 2 September 2022. Please note, you will not be able to see pending authorised payments in Coutts digital services that were set up using Adam Online or Adam Mobile, they will however still be paid. Should you need to amend, or cancel any of these payments, please contact us.
- Ensure any pending permission profiles are approved, otherwise they will need to be set up again.
If you have multiple online users accessing your digital services, please let them know about the change to the way they will need to access their online banking from 5 September 2022.
