Coutts Woman Loves…
1. Texture Restaurant, Portman Street, London
This fabulous London restaurant, the first to be launched as a joint venture by an award-winning sommelier and Icelandic chef, is more than worthy of its three rosettes. Be sure to start your evening in the champagne bar and pour over the extensive wine list whilst enjoying parmesan wafers and cod skin crisps, dipped in a light wasabi emulsion. The innovative menu has strong Icelandic influences and at around £45 for three courses in the evening, also represents good value for money. A real highlight is the presentation of the palette cleanser between courses, which leaves you in no doubt of the chef's roots and brings a literal sense of Iceland to your table. But we won’t spoil the surprise - you'll have to check it out yourself!

6. Aquaventure at Atlantis, Dubai, entry from £30
Everyone is talking about Dubai's incredible new hotel but less mentioned is the amazing waterpark attached to it. Awe-inspiring water slides and non-stop water play are the signature elements of Aquaventure, the magnificent new waterscape at Atlantis, The Palm. Encompassing 17 beachfront hectares along the apex of The Palm Jumeirah's crescent, Aquaventure is the largest and most dynamic water-themed attraction in all of Dubai, a destination known as an over-the-top adventure playground. The park contains seven thrilling waterslides, a 2.3 kilometre river ride with tidal waves and pools, water rapids and white water chargers. Slide down the immense, 30m tall Ziggurat slide and through a shark-infested lagoon, or, for the more daring, the near vertical ‘Leap of Faith' is exactly as terrifying as its title suggests. For a gentler experience, make the most of the 700m man made beach, while younger visitors can plunge into Splashers, a water playground for kids.
The spa at 51 has recently introduced exclusive Anne Sémonin products to its spa. One of the few spas to offer bespoke treatments, after a consultation with a trained therapist, a simple skincare regime is prescribed according to individual needs. Each treatment is then 'made to measure', ensuring that you get a totally exclusive spa experience before ending with hot lime and ginger towels to refresh the face, and a shot of tomato juice to reawaken you.
Following a successful residency at Borough Food Market, Crème de la Crepe has launched its first ever shop in Covent Garden. Destined to become the replacement for soggy, shop-bought sandwiches, hopefully more will spring up across the UK before long!
