The Designer Wedding Show

London’s high–fashion, exclusive bridal event, The Designer Wedding Show will take place again in Battersea Park, London on 9 - 11 October 2009. The event is a unique shortcut to finding the very best wedding gowns, accessories, flowers, millinery, cakes, jewellery, stationery, catering, venues, gift lists and photography from a spectacular line-up of 130 companies.

Design, beauty and style preside over each exquisite area of the show, which invites only the finest companies to exhibit. See the new bridal collections on the fabulous catwalk and the occasion wear collections in the champagne bar before choosing your dress from a range of coveted designers. Bruce Oldfield, Phillipa Lepley, Temperley London, Sassi Holford, Valentino, Elie Saab, Manuel Mota, Pronovias, Louise Selby, The Vintage Wedding Dress Company, Heirloom Couture, Annette Carey, The Couture Gallery or Delphine Manivet will all be exhibiting, and there are four beautiful bridal catwalk shows and two stunning occasion wear fashion shows each day.

Other carefully selected participants to help you source your exquisite must-haves for a fabulous wedding include millinery from Edwina Ibbotson and Janie Lawson; jewellery from Kirsten Goss and Andrew Prince; tiaras and headpieces from Million Design and Magpie Vintage; flowers from Wild at Heart, Mary Jane Vaughn and Amanda Austin; cakes from Linda Fripp; shoes from Aruna Seth; stationery from Paperbird Design and The Wren Press; flowergirl dresses from Little Bevan and Nikki MacFarlane, gift lists from Peter Jones plus venues including Babington House, The Lanesborough and Drumtochty Castle. The bars and restaurants at the event are catered by Mosimann’s.
