Enjoy more protection when shopping online by registering your Coutts Gold Credit Card free with Coutts Online Verification. Once registered, you will enjoy additional protection from Internet fraud with a wide range of participating merchants.
- Protecting your cards
Your Coutts Gold Credit Card will be registered automatically with Sentinel® Card Protection which gives you 24-hour protection, 365 days a year, against loss or theft. You are also able to register your other cards. In the event of your cards being lost or stolen, Sentinel® will arrange for the issuers to cancel and replace them with just one free telephone call from you. Non-UK resident cardholders will be registered with Sentinel® International, which features many convenient aspects of Sentinel® Card Protection but does not include any insurance cover.
- Purchase Protection Insurance
For 100 days from purchase, you are insured against loss, theft or damage in respect of most private retail purchases paid for with your Coutts Gold Credit Card to a maximum amount of £25,000 in any 12 consecutive month period. This protection is valid provided the item is not already covered by any other insurance, or would have been covered by another insurance but for the application of a policy excess.
