with effect from 14  May 2009

Current Accounts
The following fees apply to each Current Account held and are payable
quarterly in arrears in March, June, September and December.

Quarterly management fee £45
Automated entries 48p per entry
Manual entries 78p per entry
Cash paid in/out/exchanged 75p per £100
Cheques paid in for clearance 40p per cheque*
* If the number of cheques paid in for clearance exceed 2,500 per quarter, a separate negotiable tariff is applicable.

Monitoring of accounts

Weekly £160 pa per account
Daily £600 pa per account

Bankers Automated Clearing Services (BACS) payments
1-12,499 items per quarter 20p per item
12,500+ items per quarter 12p per item
(Minimum charge £5 per file)

BACSTEL-IP Smartcards

CrownPay & CrownCollect payment/collection services
40p per item

The following fees are payable in addition to any Current Account charges.

Business Cash Card
UK transactions:
- debit card (SOLO) no fee
- cash withdrawals no fee
Non-UK transactions and cash withdrawals (Maestro)
- The sterling amount for any non-sterling transactions and cash withdrawals using your Business Cash Card will be calculated by applying the exchange rate provided to us by MasterCard International and a foreign exchange charge of 2.65%.

International banking services
Below are the most common international services used and the fees applicable, which will be charged at the time of use.

Obtaining proceeds of cheques payable abroad
By collection 0.3% (min £30, max £90)

Negotiation of sterling cheques as above, plus interest fee of 1% of value
Cheques returned unpaid £15 per cheque
Enquiry regarding fate of cheque £20 (per tracer)

Expenses, such as cable fees, agents' fees and VAT, where applicable, will be added. Fees relating to obtaining proceeds of cheques payable abroad apply whether or not a cheque is paid. When cheques are negotiated by the Bank on your behalf, the Bank credits your Account immediately. However, there is an unlimited recourse period attached to the negotiation of cheques and if the cheque is subsequently returned unpaid we will be obliged to debit your account.
Electronic banking
All charges will be calculated and applied quarterly as one amount, regardless of the service or services you choose.
