Steve Hindley CBE is a graduate Civil Engineer and a fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Building. Following a ten-year period as managing director of a subsidiary to a large construction group, Steve led a management buy-in at Midas Group.
As chairman, Steve has transformed Midas from a small, regionally-based contractor to a £200 million turnover property services group operating throughout the UK and in all property sectors. Having spent over 30 years in the construction industry, Steve is dedicated to the changes initiated by rethinking construction and accelerating change. Indeed, the adoption of these principles in his own company has been a significant factor in its success.
