Coutts Online

Coutts Online gives our clients access to a range of features. You can:

• View real time account balances and transactions
• View your current balance, available funds, last night’s cleared and last night’s ledger balances
• Transfer funds between your accounts
• Download copies of your statements in PDF format
• Search and download transactions and account information
• Make Faster Payments, CHAPS and International (SWIFT) payments
• Arrange future dated payments up to a year in advance
• View, cancel and create new Standing Orders
• View and cancel your Direct Debits
• Order a Certificate of Interest

• Request a change to your card limits
• Order travel currency or travellers cheques for delivery to your UK address or collect from a Coutts office.

Coutts Online gives our clients access to a range of features. You can:

• Make bulk payments such as a salary run using a single debit, multiple credits
• Make individual payments using a payment list.
• Upload payment files
• Flexible administration and user management options using a simple roles and permissions structure

Coutts is committed to fighting fraud and working with you to reduce the risk of fraud on your accounts. Our specialist fraud team continually review the prevention and detection systems which help identify unusual activity on your account.

Using your Card and Card Reader to log in and make payments is just one way to stay secure when using Online Banking.

Adobe Acrobat Reader® 9.0 or above is required to view some documents relating to the service. If you do not have the Reader tool installed already, it is available as a download from Adobe's web site.

As it is a web-based service, an Internet connection is required whenever you want to access Online Banking. A dial-up, broadband or corporate network connection to the Internet can be used.

Although most browsers can be used to access Coutts Online, we formally support the two latest versions of the following browsers:

• Mozilla Firefox (PC only)
• Safari (MAC only)

Internet connection

As Coutts Online is a web-based service, an internet connection is required whenever you want to access the service. Broadband, dial-up or corporate network connections can all access our service.

Hardware

Coutts Online has been designed for a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and we would recommend that you set your display preferences to this. The service can be accessed on any internet enabled device including desktop PC, tablet or mobile. Please note the service is not currently optimised for tablet or mobile. There is no minimum specification for PC or Apple Mac hardware.
