Coutts Mobile lets you keep on top of your finances and make payments wherever and whenever you choose.

You can use Coutts Mobile directly from your smartphone browser, or by downloading the Coutts app from your app store. Then follow the simple steps to register from within Coutts Online.

Personalise your home screen with shortcuts to the accounts and services you use most often
Real time reporting of balances and transactions for both sterling and currency accounts
Up to 30 days of transactions, viewed quickly with ‘Today’, ‘Last 7 days, ‘Last 4 Weeks’ buttons
Make Faster Payments, CHAPS and International payments to people you have paid before.
Check the status of your payments and transfers
Transfer funds between your accounts
View current balance, available funds, last night’s cleared and last night’s ledger balances
View copies of your bank statements

Information for Commercial clients

If you are a Commercial Administrator, you will be able to register for Coutts Mobile. You can also assign other users the Coutts Mobile permission, enabling them to register as well. You will need to continue using Coutts Online to complete the following tasks as they are not available in Coutts Mobile.

View loans, Money Market positions or Account Sets.
Key or approve payment lists such as salaries
View or manage Payment Lists
Create or manage groups or templates
View or manage direct debits and standing orders
Upload payments
User Administration*
View and submit Online Requests

You can still use Coutts Mobile to mark payments as confidential and to review or approve single payments.

How do I register for Coutts Mobile?

You can register for Coutts Mobile in a couple of minutes, directly from Coutts Online.

Choose Coutts Mobile from the Services menu
Enter your mobile phone number and choose a password.
Follow the instructions on screen
You will receive an SMS message to confirm your registration is complete

You can log in straight away.

If you have a smartphone, you can access mobile banking using the standard browser that came installed on the phone. You do not need to install the app to use the mobile service.

Specifically we support:

Safari browser on Apple iPhone 3GS or later, with OS 4.3.3 and later
Android browser on Android smartphones with OS versions between 2.3.4 and 4.0.4
