For a discounted rate, you can join Priority Pass, giving you access to over 600 executive airport lounges around the world. We will send you more details and an application form with your welcome pack or you can ask your Private Banker.

We will provide you with a complimentary trial of the Coutts Gold Concierge Service. You will be able to use the service three times at no charge, within 12 months of taking the card.  The service gives you 24/7 access to expert help and advice when you need it. After the trial, you can purchase the service at a discounted rate. The Concierge service can help by:

• assisting you with everything from flight information, tickets, accommodation and car hire, to lost passports, messaging and interpretation services
• supporting you with your social and leisure arrangements, such as reserving a table, chartering a yacht, and booking tickets for sporting, theatrical and art events
• sourcing domestic staff, including cleaners, gardeners and nannies, and recommending companies such as interior designers, estate agents and other property services.

Coutts Online Verification protects you when shopping online. While shopping at a wide range of participating merchants, you will receive additional protection from online fraud.

We automatically protect most purchases on your Coutts Gold Card against accidental damage, loss or theft for up to 100 days from the date of purchase. This protection is valid provided other insurance doesn't already cover the item, or if another insurance would have covered it but it was excluded by a policy excess. The policy covers claims up to a maximum of £25,000 in any one year, with a £50 excess on each occurrence.

Courtesy of Coutts is a loyalty programme that, once registered, rewards you for spending on your card by giving you points to spend in a variety of ways. You collect reward points when purchasing using your Coutts Gold Card at any retailer across the globe. For every £1 you spend at home or abroad (excluding cash advances, fees and interest), you will earn one Courtesy of Coutts point, which you can then spend on flights, hotel stays, fine wines and more. When purchasing products and services abroad, your card will convert other currencies into pounds. This means you will still earn the equivalent of one point for every pound you spend.
