Coutts Online Verification protects you when shopping online. While shopping at a wide range of participating merchants, you will receive additional protection from online fraud.

Interest charging information
If you do not pay your balance in full and on time, a late payment charge of 2% per month will be charged. We work out late payment charges on the average daily balance from the statement date for which full repayment is not made by the payment date and until the arrears are paid.
Allocation of payments
If you do not pay off your balance in full, payments we receive are applied in the following order:
1. Fees and charges
2. Advances
3. Purchases
