Online banking: a secure and convenient way to access your accounts and send a secure message to your Private Banker;
Telephone banking: you'll have 24/7 access to our dedicated UK-based helpline team, which will assist with your enquiries and issues;
Statements on a choice of dates; and
An annual certificate of credit interest earned and tax deducted to help you prepare your tax return.

When you open a Current Account with Coutts, you will receive an overdraft facility to help manage your daily finances. You can choose between:

An unsecured overdraft; or
A secured overdraft linked to the base rate. This type of overdraft can be secured with a charge over most assets. Your Private Banker can advise on which is best for you.
