When you select the Folders link, you will be see a list of the available folders.  This will include the standard folders such as Inbox and Drafts and you can also create up to four personal folders.  Once created, you may change the name of any personal folders.

When you click a folder name, you will see all the messages that are in that folder and you will be able to move any or all of these messages to a different folder.
