Once you become a Coutts Online Banking client you will be provided with a user name and a Passcode Calculator.  To log into the service you would enter your user name and then enter a passcode, generated from your Passcode Calculator and a PIN you choose when you first log in.  Our Online Banking service will only accept the passcode shown on the calculator, making it one of the most secure systems available.
