Burghley secures further support from Coutts
Coutts & Co is delighted to be sponsoring the Coutts Cascade fence at the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials for the fourth consecutive year. The international competition takes place from 30 August to 2 September, in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
Earlier this year, Coutts agreed to sponsor 19-year-old Olympic hopeful Mackenzie (Macca) Sanders. Macca will be greeting guests at the Coutts stand at Burghley to talk about event riding and will be happy to walk guests through the show jumping or cross-country courses on request.
Sarah Deaves, Chief Executive of Coutts & Co said: “We are delighted to be supporting the Land Rover Burghley Horse trails for the fourth year in a row. As a private bank with service at the heart of our what we do, we seek to partner with events of relevance to the varied interests to our clients. Burghley, regarded as one of the best equestrian events in the world is well attended by many of our clients, from landowners to entrepreneurs and we look forward to seeing some familiar faces at this year’s event.”
Burghley is the world’s premier Autumn Eventing fixture. This year’s competition is expected to attract more than 140,000 spectators to the grounds, as well as a global television audience. Ninety of the world's best riders will be aiming for the top prize, including Sports Personality of the Year winner Zara Phillips.
