Coutts host Beulah charity event
Coutts & Co will be hosting a charity luncheon for around 120 clients and businessmen to raise funds for the Beulah Education Institute. The event, which will be held next week, 11 June at the Willington Hall Hotel in Tarporley, Cheshire is hoping to raise over £5,000 for the children of Beulah in Africa.
The Beulah Education Institute is dedicated to providing education to free the children of this region of Kenya from the corruption and poverty that dominates their lives. Many of the children who attend the school are orphans.£5,000 will fund the salaries of ten teaching staff for the forthcoming year to ensure consistency of teaching provision. All of the fundraisers are unpaid volunteers.
Sam Sharples, Private Banker at Coutts in Manchester, commented: “We are delighted to be giving our support to an incredibly worthy cause such as the Beulah Education Institute. Around 120 guests made up of businessmen and entrepreneurs are expected to attend and all proceeds from the lunch and sale of the raffle tickets will go straight to the charity. We hope that the lunch will be both an enjoyable event but most importantly we reach our target of £5,000 to add value and improve lives of children in Beulah.”
