On 27 May 2010, Coutts in Reading hosted a seminar for 80 clients and local professionals on investment opportunities in the current environment.
Paul Johnson, Managing Partner for Coutts in Thames Valley & East Anglia hosted the evening, which was held at Davidson House in Reading. Carl Astorri, Coutts’ Global Head of Economics and Asset Strategy; Alan Higgins, Coutts’ Head of Investment Strategy in the UK; and Pablo Balan, Global Head of Portfolio Risk talked about Coutts’ ‘big picture’ views on the challenges facing the global economic recovery and how Coutts is positioning its portfolios against that backdrop. They also discussed the economic and market implications of the outcome of the general election and gave an insight into behavioural finance.
