The Gilbert Scott is an elegant British brasserie and bar, run by Marcus Wareing's team and named in honour of the building's original architect, Sir George Gilbert Scott.
The restaurant offers an original yet familiar menu serving their take on nostalgic British classics, paying tribute to the wondrous history of the building.
Set in an exceptional position within the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, London, the Gilbert Scott is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner it and from 12 daily in the unique bar.
