Lighter and more delicate than chocolate, macaroons are Coutts Woman’s current food obsession. Hot massage

Hot massage

The latest treatment in holistic massage is straight from the tropics. The Lava Shells massage, which recently launched at Harrods’ Urban Retreat, uses 100 per cent genuine recycled tiger striped clam shells, which generate their own heat for up to an hour, thanks to a blend of minerals and ingredients. Try the lava shell stomach and back massage (£60), where a therapist will apply a firm but deep pressure to unknot tired and stressed back muscles. The stomach massage is a must, not uncomfortable at all, plus, the radiating heat from the shells act as a natural colonic.
