Roman Cooper

Roman (38) is Managing Director of Allcooper, a company that specialises is security, fire and data service for discerning customers in the UKand on the European mainland. The business was founded in 1987 by his father Gary and his brother Gerard. Roman started as his brother's apprentice and through a process growing with the business became Managing Director in November 2004. He was in the initial cohort on the world's first MBA dedicated to Family Businesses at the Universityof Gloucestershire, and successfully completed the course in December 2005. Allcooper employ 85 staff and have a turnover of £5m.
