Sarah joined Coutts from Retail Direct (Royal Bank of Scotland Group), where she was Managing Director, Own Brand Businesses, looking after Lombard Direct and DirectLine Financial Services. Prior to that, she was head of Commercial Cards, NatWest Card Services. Sarah has an MA in Geography from St John’s College Oxford. She also has an MBA from Warwick Business School.
