As a commercial client, your main contact at Coutts is your Commercial Banker. However, there may be times when you need to deal with routine banking matters through Businessline.

Businessline is available to assist with a wide range of banking services from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Calling Businessline gives you access to the following essential banking services:

  • Balance enquiries and payments
  • Credit and debit enquiries
  • Foreign payment enquiries
  • Standing order and direct debit information
  • Stopping cheques
  • Transfer between same name and same right accounts, in real time
  • Ordering cheque books and paying-in books
  • Activating account cards.

If, for any reason, Businessline is unable to assist you, the member of staff will be able to transfer you to your Commercial Banker or their assistant.
