Coutts Marketing
Coutts Marketing & Business Development comprises brand communications, PR, events & sponsorship, direct marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing, business development, and family business & strategic philanthropy. There are 70 people in the team and it is a lively area of passionate and energetic individuals from a variety of different backgrounds and experiences. We look to employ like-minded people who are enthusiastic about our brand values and want to help us achieve our corporate goals.
The Marketing department strives to deliver an unsurpassed service for our clients
and this is embedded in our marketing ethos. The Brand team is responsible for looking at innovative and surprising ways of communicating our brand. Corporate Marketing is our communications arm that deals with PR, Sponsorship and Events, Direct Marketing and also our Archivists department.Our Product Development & Marketing team covers banking and investments and has specialists in areas from cards and mortgages to hedge funds. They advise our private bankers and develop products for our clients.
Strategic Marketing works on our client propositions and conducts research into potential areas for growth. The team project manages new initiatives from inception to implementation.
Business Development handles queries from potential clients, leads from introducers, supports our offices in developing new client relationships and works closely with our private bankers.
Finally, our Family Business & Strategic Philanthropy team provides a unique service to our clients. Through the networking and education opportunities of Coutts Forums for Family Business Owners, a bespoke advisory service and the Coutts Prize for Family Business, the success of family businesses is celebrated. Forum topics range from succession planning and family governance, through to handling family disputes and family business best practice. The Strategic Philanthropy team also advises our clients on developing a giving strategy and how to measure its success. In addition, clients are given the opportunity to network through the Coutts Forum for Philanthropy.
