For Coutts24 to be a preferred option as an alternative contact point for clients, all the staff have existing experience of banking and superb client service skills. The roles in Coutts24 are extremely broad ranging as clients expect whoever they speak to, to be able to answer their questions or take their instructions on the complete range of banking activities.
