Coutts is pleased to announce the findings from the Business Exit Research Project carried out in 2008. The findings will provide insight into the areas below.

• How an entrepreneur approaches the exit process.
• How prepared entrepreneurs are before the exit process.
• The roles of the professional advisers: how they are perceived and the influence they have on the process.
• The extent to which entrepreneurs have a clear idea of what they will do post exit, from both a career and personal finance perspective.

The event will also feature a presentation from Baroness Kingsmill, former deputy chairman of the Competition Commission, on building leadership into your business.

The evening is catered to both those who took part in the research and owner/managers that are thinking about exiting their business in the near future.
