Coutts Forum for Entrepreneurs - Guest speaker Graham Cartledge

On Wednesday 11 June, Coutts & Co hosted a private dinner for entrepreneurs at Swinfen Hall, Staffordshire. Graham Cartledge, chairman of the award-winning architectural firm Benoy, was the guest speaker.

Benoy operates in 28 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia and employs over 450 people. It was also recently honoured with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

Graham spoke about his career to date, and particularly how he transformed the company, following a management buyout, from a niche practice specialising in agricultural buildings for Nottinghamshire landowners into a major player in the world of commercial property design. His views and ideas stimulated much debate from the attending entrepreneurs.

The event forms part of Coutts’ ongoing commitment to provide platforms for entrepreneurs to network with like-minded individuals and discuss their own business ventures and the challenges and achievements associated with them.
