Lord Hurd entertains guests of Coutts & Co in Tunbridge Wells

Guests of the UK’s leading private bank, Coutts & Co, were today treated to an exclusive lunch, hosted by Lord Hurd at top local restaurant Thackeray’s.

The event, which followed his book signing in the town earlier today, was held by Lord Hurd in his capacity as deputy chairman of Coutts & Co, and was co-hosted by the Tunbridge Wells private banking team.

Mandy Harvey, senior manager, Coutts & Co, Tunbridge Wells, commented; “We are delighted to welcome Lord Hurd to Tunbridge Wells, to meet with some of our local clients. The lunch was a great success and was held in the African room, providing a suitably exotic setting to complement the many travels described in his memoirs.”
