A range of services, including paying in cheques to credit your account(s) and obtaining cash, is available at our counters.

US dollars and euro are available from our 440 Strand counter without prior notice. They are also available at our other counters at only two hours’ notice.

Most other currencies are also available at our offices. However, large amounts or more unusual currencies will require 48 hours’ notice.

Sterling, US dollar and euro travellers cheques are available at all our offices. Other currencies normally require 24 hours’ notice.

Alternatively, we can arrange for you to use the counter facilities of another member of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, should this be more convenient.

The majority of currencies and travellers cheques can also be delivered to most UK postal addresses.

With just one phone call to us, an employee can place an order, using their Coutts Business Cash Card, to obtain currency (including sterling, charges apply) and travellers cheques. The order will be delivered, in most cases, on the next working day by registered post with no charge for delivery.
